Ms. Bowe is Chief Risk Officer of First Busey Corporation and Busey Bank. Ms. Bowe, who joined Busey in January 2020, has over 25 years of financial leadership experience. Previously, Ms. Bowe served as Senior Director of Operational Risk Program Management at KeyBank.

Christopher H.M. Chan

Mr. Chan is Chief Financial Officer for First Busey Corporation and Busey Bank. He joined Busey in 2025 after having previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer at First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation. Mr. Chan oversees various areas at Busey and its subsidiaries—including accounting and corporate reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, corporate insights, capital markets, treasury, specialty finance and community investments, corporate development and investor relations.

Amy J. Fauss

Ms. Fauss is Chief Information and Technology Officer for First Busey Corporation and Busey Bank. She oversees various areas at Busey and its subsidiaries, including all information technology and business services and systems, service support, enterprise lending services, enterprise deposits and payments, and facilities. Additionally, she serves as Chairperson of FirsTech, the company’s payment processing subsidiary. Ms. Fauss served as Chief Operating Officer of CrossFirst Bank until its acquisition by Busey in 2025.

Tony Hammond

Mr. Hammond has two decades of banking experience and serves as President of Busey Bank. Prior to serving as Bank President, he led various revenue areas of the company as Busey’s President of Regional Banking. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial and Middle Market Banking at Heartland Financial (HTLF) as well as various senior leadership roles at Arizona Bank & Trust, Johnson Bank and BOK Financial. Mr. Hammond has a track record of consistently leading high-performing teams, growing market share and attracting top talent across the industry. He oversees Busey’s regional operating sales and revenue model which includes all commercial, wealth, treasury management, payments and specialty business units.
 

Chip S. Jorstad

Chip Jorstad

Mr. Jorstad is Chief Credit Officer for First Busey Corporation and Busey Bank. He joined Busey in 2011 and oversees all aspects of credit administration, including commercial and consumer credit, portfolio monitoring and special assets. In addition, he oversees Busey’s Life Equity Lending (LEL) group. Before being named Chief Credit Officer in 2025, Mr. Jorstad was President of Credit and Bank Administration for three years after serving as Co-Chief Banking Officer from 2020 to 2022. In addition, he previously held the role of Regional President for Commercial Banking at Busey.

John J. Powers

Mr. Powers is General Counsel for First Busey Corporation and Busey Bank. He oversees all legal matters and leads Busey’s corporate governance efforts. Mr. Powers joined Busey in 2011 and has over 40 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Busey, he was a shareholder in the law firm of Meyer Capel, where he specialized in serving the financial services industry.

Mrs. Randolph is Chief Operating Officer for First Busey Corporation and Busey Bank. She joined Busey in 2008 and has nearly 30 years of financial and leadership experience. Mrs. Randolph oversees various areas at Busey and its subsidiaries, including human resources, corporate communications, executive administration, marketing, the overall Busey experience, enterprise and strategic projects, as well as consumer and digital banking.

Mr. Bradshaw is the Principal of Bradshaw Capital Management, LLC, an asset management and advisory firm serving institutional investors and eleemosynary organizations in Pinehurst, North Carolina. He served as Chairman of the Board of Pulaski Financial Corp. from 2006 until its merger with First Busey in 2016. Mr. Bradshaw has also been a director of Triad Business Bank based in Greensboro, North Carolina since February 2020.

Mr. Brenneman is the Lead Independent Director of the First Busey Corporation Board of Directors. Mr. Brenneman has served as a long-time board member, independent business consultant and advisor for numerous companies, including serving on the board of directors of CrossFirst from 2012 until its merger with First Busey in 2025. From 2011 until August 2014, Mr. Brenneman served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Butterball LLC, a joint venture of Seaboard Corporation and Maxwell Foods, LLC. Prior to this role, he served in various financial and management capacities at Seaboard Corporation. Mr. Brenneman is a CPA.

Mr. Caple is the Chief Executive Officer of Unity Hunt, Inc. (“UHI”), the company through which the family of Lamar Hunt oversees its holdings. Additionally, he serves in various roles for many of the Hunt family’s trusts and portfolio companies, including as board member of The Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Inc., and FC Dallas Soccer, LLC, and as Chairman of Hunt Midwest Enterprises, Inc. and Hunt Southwest Real Estate, LLC. Mr. Caple is also the co-owner of TRL Management, LLC, Farmersville Holdings, LLC, and Hickory Creek Real Estate, LLC. Prior to joining UHI, he served as President of VFT Capital, LP. Mr. Caple served as a director of CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc. from 2018 until CrossFirst’s merger with First Busey in 2025.

Mr. Cassens served as a director of TheBANK of Edwardsville and The Banc Ed Corp. from 2003 until The Banc Ed Corp.’s merger with First Busey in 2019.

Ms. Grigsby has over 30 years of senior management experience in accounting, treasury, risk management, corporate governance and corporate finance, primarily in the oil and gas exploration and production industry. Most recently, Ms. Grigsby served as Secretary of Economic Administration for the State of Oklahoma from March 2021 through November 2022. Ms. Grigsby served as a director of CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc. from 2013 until CrossFirst’s merger with First Busey in 2025. Ms. Grigsby is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Rauckman is the owner of, and financial consultant for, Rauckman Advisors, LLC, where he has worked since November 2017. He served as a member of the CrossFirst board from 2016 until CrossFirst’s merger with First Busey in 2025. Mr. Rauckman is the former Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Garmin Ltd., a role he held from 1999 until 2014. Following his tenure at Garmin, he served as a financial advisor for MoBank (formerly Bank of Kansas City), a subsidiary of BOK Financial Corporation, from February 2015 through May 2016.

Mr. Wehrli is Chairman and Principal of DuKane Precast Incorporated, a producer of pre-stressed, precast concrete wall panels, columns, beams and parking deck components with plant facilities in Naperville, Aurora and Plainfield, Illinois. He has also served as the mayor of Naperville, Illinois, since 2023. Prior to its partnership with Busey, he served as a member of the First Community Financial Partners Board of Directors on its capital, strategic, leadership and compensation committees. Mr. Wehrli was a founding Director of First Community Bank of Plainfield. After a merger of the banks in 2017, he was elected to the Busey Bank Board of Directors and became a member of the First Busey Corporation Board in 2025.
